I ordered from your company as I no its first class service. Any problems the staff are very helpful. I havnt ordered for a while as I have alleges to pure wool so I'm slowly getting back to crocheting again. Fast efficient service. Just one question why was the labels off a lot of the balls of wool that's the first time it's happened. ? Will use you again.

Lovely yarn, fast delivery. I like to buy when there are deals on.
This is a great company to buy from as there are not many places that sell yarn anymore.

The only thing I missed was that the yarn is hand wash only. It was probably my fault though.
They deliver in a box for those worried about plastic packaging. This could be a problem if the delivery guy decides to leave it on the step though (as has happened to me before)!

Yarn came very quickly and well packaged. Texture not as soft as I had hoped but without feeling it first what can one do, not easy to imagine from description.

Prompt delivery of the knitting pattern I ordered. The large typeface and clear instructions mean that I am enjoying my new knitting project. The pattern summary said it was an easy lace to knit and I have found, to my delight , that it really is easy.

I have still not received my 2 orders dispatched Jan 25 & 27th (now Feb 8TH) & claims to a "service like no other " are negatively true. Whilst recognising that Knitting Network can't be held responsible for
Royal Mail's poor service,I feel am unlikely to order any further goods.Sue,

I only ordered free patterns this time round but the fact that this service is offered free of charge is a real bonus. I downloaded the patterns very easily and they are a great addition to my pattern library.
I know when I need the yarn to knit the garments, I can rely on KN to provide it.

Thanks. Bought the wrong wool, contacted the Knitting Network and they sort this out by sending me a return postal label and giving me my money back.
I reordered the correct wool the next day.

Fast service. Good quality cheaper wool. If i had one complaint it would be that some of the balls of wool have had a join in them. Otherwise a very over all and satisfactory service. Well done team

Always fantastic! The knitting network is my first choice of knitting supplies. If they sell it, it is the cheapest! The packaging and speed of delivery is excellent and in the event of a query the Customer services( Amy in my case) are wonderful! What's not to like?

I bought 2 crochet blanket packs which I expected would arrive as 2 separate "packs" instead I got a box of individual balls of wool with no indication of which is which. As this was to have been 2 separate gifts I'm not very impressed.

I love the Knitting Network, it's my go to for all my knitting supplies.Every day they have huge bargains and offers that are emailed daily and there is an enormous selection. Your order is with you within a couple of days and any problems and I've only had one small mistake in all my many orders is dealt with immediately. Absolutely brilliant service. I recommend them to everyone can't praise them enough. The only drawback with all their offers is I have huge stocks of wool waiting for all my planned projects.

Great service - order arrived on time and the wool is great to work with - Emu Classic Chunky. I bought a bundle to make a granny square cardigan for my daughter. The colours are lovely!
